Planet Driven Brands Podcast Sarah Luiz. Sarah has many years experience in helping new businesses to develop in the sustainable space. From engaging universities and the entrepreneurs of the future, Sarah has set up a collaborative system that encourages innovation and entrepreneurship. And all with the aim of making a positive contribution. Today we hear how the we are in an era of great collaboration but also one that is in need of systemic change, for which she argues passionately. We also discuss waste and how innovation is shaping attitudes, which can make a difference and Sarah shares her admiration for brands such as Gousto and Hello Fresh whilst recounting an all-too-true tale of household waste created by Tesco’s repeat ordering technology. It’s fascinating to hear Sarah describe how businesses will be formed in the future and also, a little worryingly, how the big corporates of today are managing to adapt. As she says We are at a point now in the world, where even corporates are saying, OK, we can’t innovate. We are too big to make the changes that we need to support these sustainability goals. Sarah like all our panellists, is passionate not only about her role but the role everyone is playing in creating a better future.
